Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals; optimize production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet product demand while maintaining high quality; ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective production; implement and maintain rigorous quality control; collaborate with supply chain to manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships; ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental requirements; drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation to enhance efficiency, product quality, and sustainability; lead and develop manufacturing teams and manage costs with a focus on environmental sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and environmental sustainability practices
- Demonstrated experience in team management, leadership, and talent development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
