Job Summary
As a Director in KPMG’s Consulting practice, you will provide leadership in business development for consulting services, design and deliver complex change engagements, and manage client expectations effectively. You are expected to have at least 10 years of senior consulting experience, a strong track record in business development, and proven experience in leading teams and mentoring talent. Key responsibilities include overseeing project plans, driving stakeholder engagement, and identifying new consulting opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of senior consulting experience
- Experience across functional domains including operating model design, performance improvement, and service design
- Experience working with or within government agencies
- A relevant tertiary qualification

- Strong track record in business development and practice growth
