Job Summary
Directs and leads the day-to-day maintenance activities and operations of the Regional Wastewater Maintenance Plant, Pump Stations and CSO facilities; provides technical oversight and strategic planning for maintenance systems; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws; supervises and develops maintenance staff; collaborates with internal/external stakeholders on programs, projects, and budgets; drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost; represents the department in meetings and with contractors/vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- nine (9) years experience including three (3) years supervisory experience
