Job Summary
The Magnet Program Director is responsible for the oversight and management of the Magnet Journey at Methodist Medical Center. Key responsibilities include coordinating the ANCC Magnet application process, developing a nursing dashboard for outcomes, leading the development of patient care models, and overseeing nursing job descriptions and competencies. The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, RN licensure in Texas, and at least five years of progressive nursing leadership experience. Preferred experience includes involvement with the Magnet Journey.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Nursing or other Health-related program
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- At least five (5) years or more experience of progressive Nursing Leadership experiences
