Job Summary
Lead the existing team and coordinate daily collaboration while driving the strategic growth and development of the network. Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and partners to acquire new members and business associates. Organize and evolve network and business events, representing the network at external events and meetings. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative formats for members. Manage relevant projects and leverage a strong team spirit within a dynamic environment focused on innovation and personal development.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer Geschäftsführungsposition oder einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
- Eine unternehmerische Denkweise, strategische Vision und exzellente Umsetzungsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit zu überzeugen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
