Job Summary
Represent Fresenius to national and international media on political, regulatory, and innovation topics by evaluating developments, identifying risks, and steering communications. Manage media inquiries, draft press releases, statements, and social content, and prepare executives for interviews and public appearances. Coordinate cross-functional projects with Governmental Affairs and agencies, analyze media echo, and develop crisis communication strategies. This role requires fluent German and English, a degree in communications or business, and extensive experience in PR and issues management within healthcare. You will shape the external perception of a global leader at the intersection of policy, health, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikations-, Medien-, Politik-, Sozial-, Kulturwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pressearbeit, Unternehmenskommunikation, Redaktion oder Public Affairs
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Medienarbeit, PR, Issues Management und News Management
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung komplexer Kommunikationsstrategien für externe Zielgruppen
- Souveräner Umgang mit Pressemitteilungen, Briefings, Sprachregelungen und weiteren Kommunikationsformaten
- Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften und Senior Executives in reputationsrelevanten Kommunikationssituationen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit, komplexe politische, medizinische oder regulatorische Themen zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken
