Job Summary
Coordinate internal and manage external counsel due diligence reviews for potential targets, providing legal analysis and advice on deal structure. Draft and negotiate various deal documents while assisting in the preparation and structuring of divestitures. Lead deal team integration functions and coordinate function-specific law department integration teams. Develop, implement, and improve playbooks, processes, and training programs with minimal oversight. This role requires a recognized expert in a specific function to influence business direction through innovative services.
