Job Summary
Lead the creation of valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and capital deployment decisions using discounted cash flow models and driver-based operating models. Actively manage the M&A due diligence process by coordinating with Corporate Finance functions to identify key financial risks and opportunities. Develop a strong understanding of transaction documents and articulate implications internally, while communicating operating and valuation drivers to senior leadership. Own the preparation of financial schedules and supporting analysis for M&A presentations to Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors. Review valuation analyses for capital deployment and assist in preparing capital presentations for executive review. Build relationships with internal stakeholders across business units, Corporate Development, and Corporate Strategy. Perform ad hoc financial, strategic, and transaction-related analyses as needed. This high-visibility individual contributor role supports McKesson's long-term growth and capital deployment strategy within the healthcare sector.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree
- 10 years of professional experience
- 5+ years of valuation experience
- 5+ years of M&A experience
- 5+ years of transaction advisory experience
- Capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
- Ability to interact with business units throughout the organization
- Ability to present deal results and status effectively to senior leadership
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work successfully with key stakeholders across functional areas

- This position can be remote
- Occasional travel to a McKesson hub expected
