Job Summary
Design and develop loyalty products bridging business requirements with technology capabilities, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from concept through retirement. Drive product strategy by leveraging market research, forecasting, and competitive analysis to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver on business and financial goals. Monitor performance metrics, assess risks, and implement solutions while collaborating with partners to take products to market. Lead change management programs, negotiate vendor contracts, and define non-functional requirements to ensure quality, security, and optimal user experience. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing business cases and resolving complex strategic issues to foster innovation and drive performance.
