Job Summary
Director, Loyalty Partnerships oversees the development and expansion of the Loyalty Partnerships ecosystem for B2C and B2B members, actual and potential. The role supports and implements the Loyalty Partnerships strategy, identifies strategic partnership opportunities, leads high-value negotiations, manages the partner portfolio, and explores co-branded and financial partnerships. Collaborates across Loyalty Marketing, CRM, Operations, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful partnership activation and member engagement, while leading the Loyalty Partnerships team. Aims to increase the commercial contribution, relevance, and engagement of the Loyalty Program beyond hotel stays through strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem development. Responsibilities include strategy & ecosystem growth, commercial partnerships & negotiations, activation & performance, and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Economics or Hotel Management (MBA preferred)
- Minimum experience: 6-8+ years of professional experience in Partnerships, business development, sponsorships.
- Strong experience within EMEA markets is required.
- Experience across APAC markets is considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing commercial partnerships.
