Job Summary
Develop and implement a holistic strategy for logistics service providers, managing selection, development, and long-term governance of strategic partners. Execute end-to-end control of national and international logistics networks, optimizing global transport flows for import and export while ensuring regulatory compliance. Define and monitor integrated KPI systems, SLAs, and bonus/malus models through regular performance reviews with suppliers. Build structured complaint and incident management frameworks to enhance service quality and stability. Implement comprehensive supplier risk management, including resilience concepts and backup scenarios, alongside continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. Lead cross-functional transformation projects to advance future logistics strategies and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im strategischen Logistik-, Supply-Chain- oder Supplier-Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse internationaler Transport-, Distributions- und Netzwerkmodelle
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Logistikdienstleister sowie in Vertrags-, Governance- und Performance-Modellen
- Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern (z. B. Pharma, Healthcare oder Life Sciences)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Implementierung von Continuous-Improvement- bzw. Operational-Excellence-Systemen (z. B. Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
