Director Logistics Partner & Network Excellence (m/w/d)

Develop and implement a holistic strategy for logistics service providers, managing the selection and long-term development of strategic partners. Execute end-to-end control of national and international logistics networks, optimizing global transport workflows for import and export while ensuring regulatory compliance. Define and oversee an integrated KPI and reporting system, including SLAs, bonus models, and governance structures. Build and maintain structured complaint and incident management processes to improve service quality and stability. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and drive cross-functional transformation projects for future logistics strategies. Manage supplier risk, business continuity, and resilience measures across the supply chain. This role requires a degree in logistics or supply chain management, extensive leadership experience in strategic supplier management, and strong knowledge of international transport and network models. Fluency in German and English is required.
