Job Summary
Lead the vision, strategy, and management of the lifelong learning portfolio, overseeing educational experiences, events, workshops, lectures, and community initiatives. Provide strategic leadership for portfolio planning, operations, staff, budgets, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, mission-driven experiences. Hire, supervise, and develop learning team managers while establishing goals, clarifying expectations, and supporting professional growth. Design and execute all aspects of programming, manage project timelines and deliverables, and evaluate departmental processes for continuous improvement. Develop and manage budgets, staffing, resources, and revenue goals to ensure fiscal responsibility. Build partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to expand program reach, while collaborating with internal teams on logistics and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of applicable experience
- Proven ability to supervise teams, develop staff, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Experience in budget management and long-term planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening
