Job Summary
Director, Lifecycle Marketing at OKX leading US-market lifecycle strategy with an AI-native, systems-thinking approach. You’ll define engagement across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation for US users, align regional strategy with global priorities, and lead the work through multi-step, autonomous AI workflows. You’ll build programs grounded in user behavior insights, craft segmentation and activation strategies, and partner across Product, PMM, Data, BI, Design, Legal, and regional teams to influence roadmaps and GTM planning. The role emphasizes leadership from the front, setting strategic theses, and directing AI agents and cross-functional partners to move users effectively while maintaining high-quality outputs. You should bring senior-level experience in lifecycle/CRM/growth marketing, demonstrated AI fluency, a habit of translating data into actionable programs, and the capacity to communicate strategy clearly to both executives and designers.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- Demonstrated AI fluency in day-to-day work
- Experience with agentic AI workflows and autonomous systems
- Strong ability to translate user behavior data into programs with measurable outcomes
- Ability to execute lifecycle programs with speed and precision
- Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action
- Demonstrated leadership through strategic change
- Global perspective with local execution capabilities
- Strong communication skills for executive and design audiences
