Director Level III NICU

Lead a team of highly motivated nurse specialists and develop novices in neonatal/infant nursing care while providing strategic and direct oversight for the Neonatal program. Manage day-to-day unit operations in collaboration with nursing leadership, oversee four direct reports, and support over 100 FTEs. Work collegially with physicians and leadership to manage operating revenues encompassing planning, oversight, and patient care delivery. Requires ten years of progressively responsible nursing experience including three years as a manager or Director in a Level III or IV NICU. BSN degree required with a Master's preferred.
