Director Level III NICU

Lead a team of highly motivated nurse specialists and novices while providing strategic and direct oversight for the Neonatal program. Manage day-to-day unit operations for a 46-bed Level III NICU, including planning and oversight of operating revenues that encompass patient care delivery. Direct four reports and provide support to over 100 FTEs, working collegially with physicians and the broader nursing leadership team. Drive the success of the unit within Holy Cross Hospital, the region's second-largest acute care facility, while fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes transformational leadership and exceptional customer service.
