Director Level III NICU

Lead a team of highly motivated nurse specialists and novices while providing strategic and direct oversight for the Neonatal program. Manage day-to-day unit operations for a 46-bed, Level III NICU with over 100 FTEs, including planning and oversight of operating revenues. Work collegially with physicians and the nursing leadership team to drive the success of the department. Requires ten years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including three years as a manager or Director in a Level III or IV NICU.
