Job Summary
Director, Legal, Compliance & Workplace Applications responsible for defining a multi-year roadmap for Legal, Compliance, Facilities, and Physical Security applications; lead matter management, CLM, e-billing, and regulatory compliance platforms ensuring audit, data retention, eDiscovery, and regulatory reporting requirements; oversee IWMS/CAFM integrations and facilities lifecycle tools; drive SDLC delivery, establish SLAs and KPIs, and manage vendor relationships and licenses; build partnerships with Legal Operations, CLO, CSO, and senior stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and compliance, with emphasis on integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms; requires extensive IT leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive IT experience
- at least 5 years in business application ownership or enterprise application leadership roles
- demonstrated experience in Legal/CLM, Compliance, Facilities/IWMS, or Physical Security domains
- strong program management skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementations
- vendor relationship management and contract experience
- excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification (preferred)
