Job Summary
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue across the industrial portfolio. Manage the full leasing process from prospect identification and tenant outreach to lease negotiations and transaction execution. Build relationships with brokerage firms and tenants while collaborating with Asset Management and Investments teams on business plans and capital improvement projects. Conduct market research to identify trends and prepare strategy presentations for senior leadership. Negotiate lease terms and renewals, coordinate with legal counsel on documentation, and track activity through CRM platforms. Supervise leasing associates and support acquisition due diligence efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience, preferably within industrial, logistics
- Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and executing commercial lease transactions
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, market fundamentals, and asset valuation principles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with institutional ownership, private equity real estate firms, or commercial real estate investment platforms preferred
