Job Summary

Director, Learning Portfolio & Curriculum Architecture leads the Global Learning and Leadership Development space, partnering with enterprise and regional teams to design and govern VF's enterprise learning portfolio. The role shapes senior leaders’ learning priorities, establishes learning objectives for portfolio partners, regional leads, and HR stakeholders, and evolves the enterprise portfolio and curriculum architecture by synthesizing demand, shaping coherent pathways, and translating priorities into structured, decision-ready roadmaps and insights to guide portfolio discussions. Responsibilities include executive alignment and capability stewardship with VF Academy Deans and senior leaders to define priorities, balance investments, and translate business challenges into capabilities; driving end-to-end enterprise learning ecosystem strategy; designing cohesive, enterprise-wide learning pathways aligned to talent development across career stages and leadership levels; leading portfolio-level decision making using data, demand, and outcomes; and delivering clear portfolio narratives and roadmaps to enable alignment and investment decisions. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Learning and Leadership Development, and requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, governance, and execution across a global, matrixed organization. Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in learning, development, or related field
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP+ and GLT with credibility
  • Experience leading large, matrixed networks and indirect teams
  • Portfolio leadership, prioritizing, sequencing, and making tradeoffs across competing demands
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable learning roadmaps and curricula
  • Governance and operating rhythm establishment for clear execution
  • Ability to collaborate with global and regional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change while maintaining momentum
  • Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Business, or related field is noted as great to have, but extensive experience is prioritised
