Job Summary

Director-level L&D leader responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs aligned with business goals in a healthcare SaaS environment. Leads strategy, onboarding, industry and product knowledge training, and enablement for customer-facing teams, while managing budgets, vendors, and executive reporting; travel up to 25% may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS learning and development
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of the homecare industry
  • Proven experience building a learning and development program in a fast-paced organization
  • Understanding of sales, customer support, and customer success team needs
  • Track record of hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
  • Strong project management acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing presence
