Job Summary
Director-level L&D leader responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs aligned with business goals in a healthcare SaaS environment. Leads strategy, onboarding, industry and product knowledge training, and enablement for customer-facing teams, while managing budgets, vendors, and executive reporting; travel up to 25% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS learning and development
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of the homecare industry
- Proven experience building a learning and development program in a fast-paced organization
- Understanding of sales, customer support, and customer success team needs
- Track record of hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong project management acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer-facing presence
