Job Summary
Director of Learning & Development and Talent Management leads end-to-end talent lifecycle across onboarding, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. Designs and executes enterprise learning strategies, establishes scalable frameworks for role-based learning and personal development, evaluates learning technologies and delivery methods, and measures effectiveness with defined KPIs. Leads annual talent management cycles, builds manager capability programs, drives leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility while partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and drive organizational capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- expertise in learning & development and talent management
- design and lead end-to-end talent management processes (goal setting, performance management, calibration, succession planning, 9-box reviews)
- build scalable learning strategies and leadership development programs
- partner with executive leadership and influence at senior levels
- HR data analytics to drive decisions
- manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environment experience preferred
