Job Summary
Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans. Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards while implementing company-provided curriculum through coaching and interpreting standards with teachers. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to help achieve profitability. Be accountable for an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents, promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth. Assist in making the company a provider of choice in educational programs for the communities served. Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education
- Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
- 1-2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates
Desired Qualifications
- CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
- experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
