Job Summary
Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans. Assist with implementing company-provided curriculum through coaching and interpreting standards with teachers. Ensure the school operates in accordance with licensing standards while promoting a positive community partnership. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to maintain an educational, caring, and safe environment. Lead the promotion of social, physical, and intellectual growth for children while keeping parents informed and engaged.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
Desired Qualifications
- CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
- experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
