Job Summary
Director leading TNTP's Learning & Development Center of Excellence, designing and governing an enterprise learning strategy aligned to organizational priorities and the future of work. Responsible for establishing standards, frameworks, and governance for internal learning systems (Workday Learning), partnering with People Business Partners and senior leaders, and overseeing the end-to-end learning lifecycle from needs assessment through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Focus areas include measuring learning impact beyond participation, scaling new learning technologies (including AI), driving change leadership to embed learning as a strategic capability, and delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in organizational learning and development
- Experience managing and facilitating organizational change efforts
- Experience leading learning portfolios in resource constrained or high-change environments
- Experience designing learning in professional services, consulting, or knowledge-intensive environments
- Understanding of how adults learn at work
- Ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to staff at all levels of an organization
- Comfort and experience analyzing data to determine the right path forward in your work and develop data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Comfort with making and communicating tradeoffs based on impact, capacity, and timing
- Experience managing complex projects from creation to completion
- Excellent communication skills
