Job Summary
Design and manage firmwide partner onboarding frameworks, collaborating with hiring sponsors and business development to create individualized integration plans. Conduct 30, 90, 180, and 365-day touchpoints with stakeholders to monitor lateral partner progression and serve as the primary contact throughout their lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Business Development, Practice Management, and HR to support client transitions and ensure timely completion of pre- and post-arrival requirements. Build trusted relationships with new partners while coaching them on leveraging the firm's platform to grow their practices. Establish metrics to track engagement and revenue indicators, proactively surfacing retention risks and leading structured transition discussions at key milestones. Develop and refine integration toolkits and dashboards to continuously improve onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in partner integration, lateral hiring support, practice management, or business development
- Strong understanding of law firm operations and the professional services business model
- 7–10+ years of experience in law firm administration, professional services, or a comparable environment
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior level partners and firm leadership with discretion and confidence
- Ability to manage multiple partner integrations simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
