Job Summary

Director, LATAM Market Commercial Organization People Leader leads the People Organization for the LATAM Market CO, including People Partner responsibility for the Commercial Market and the Country PO teams. Responsibilities include overseeing talent analysis, implementing holistic people plans, and collaborating with other People disciplines to drive organizational impact. Acts as a trusted advisor to executive management on strategic direction. Responsibilities include leading Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership; and Inclusion initiatives; building and coaching a team of People Partners supporting Country MDs with People Business Partner and Country PO perspectives. Partners with COEs and People Business Partners for the employee-based population; drives global CO projects focused on talent, future of work, organization design, and transformation. Requires strong executive coaching, confidentiality, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, project/process management, planning, communication, relationship-building, and ability to manage competing priorities under time constraints. Adheres to HP Hybrid Work guidelines and demonstrates broad experience in HR across functions, with a track record of delivering HR solutions and programs, organizational change initiatives, and global workforce planning. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Organizational Development or related field strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, specifically including HR Business Partnering
  • A proven experience managing people
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives, developing global workforce plans, and identifying and creating organization capabilities
