Job Summary
Directs end-to-end Last Mile Transportation operations, owning the private delivery fleet and strategic national/regional carrier contracts, including carrier management, routing/allocation, fleet management, and P&L ownership. Leads a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence, ensures safety and compliance with SOPs, and drives KPI performance (on-time delivery, cost per mile/carton/stop, utilization, and damage rates). Partners with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Sales to optimize SLAs and customer experience, translates volume forecasts into capacity requirements, and pursues continuous improvement through cost-out initiatives and ROI-driven solutions. Requires strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills; 10+ years in relevant roles and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience with PowerBI or analytics tools, DOT/FMCSA knowledge, and delivery-operations software is preferred.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in retail distribution operations, fleet or carrier management, P&L ownership, service and operating metrics, and project implementation management
