Job Summary
Director, Labeling Strategy role focused on defining and driving the labeling strategy across global product information for a respiratory/immunology portfolio. Responsibilities include leading labeling teams to prepare CPI and MPI, shaping health authority negotiations, providing regulatory labeling expertise across CPI/MPI, and ensuring labeling work adheres to procedures and GxP. The role emphasizes translating scientific data into clear label content, guiding cross-functional collaboration, assessing regulatory risks, monitoring global labeling trends, and contributing to policy/SOP development. Requires strong scientific background, regulatory labeling experience, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and effective cross-cultural communication. In-person collaboration is described with a minimum of three days per week in the office. The annual base pay ranges from $186,233 to $279,349. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including regulatory and labeling experience
- Ability to assimilate clinical and scientific information and present concisely
- Knowledge of labeling regulations and guidance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strategic thinking with risk assessment and mitigation
- Multicultural awareness and ability to negotiate across cultures
