Director, Kroll Settlement Administration responsible for overseeing settlement administration tasks including drafting or reviewing declarations/affidavits, editing long-form and short-form notices, drafting claim forms, drafting CAFA notices, and ensuring accuracy of dates and timelines across case management databases. Requires strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Must have experience with legal documentation, familiarity with PACER/ECF (preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. The role emphasizes ensuring templates are followed, QA review of notices, and timely delivery of materials, while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in legal services, financial services, or corporate compliance
- Proven experience working with legal documentation in a professional setting
- Excellent written communication skills
