Job Summary
Director, Knowledge Services responsible for the management and execution of HealthStream's competency-based knowledge system across related products. Lead cross-functional teams to define and implement the knowledge system vision, drive analytics to measure knowledge effectiveness, leverage new technologies (including AI) to scale data access, and develop well-researched product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Design and implement knowledge-management strategies, ensure data quality and compliance, manage indexing and access, coordinate training for customers and internal teams, support product launches, conduct market and customer research, and drive ecosystem value across HealthStream product lines. Travel approximately 10-15% to support partner and customer relationships; may have direct reports. Requires strong interpersonal skills, credibility with internal/external stakeholders, and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
