Job Summary
Director, Key Account leads end-to-end P&L accountability and strategic development of bancassurance partnerships with a focus on High Net Worth segments, driving revenue growth and digital-led transformation of distribution; serves as primary senior interface with bank partners, guides product propositions, customer journeys, servicing models, governance and cross-functional collaboration to scale partnerships and ensure profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
- MBA is a plus
- 12–15 years’ experience in bancassurance, insurance or financial services
- Strong experience managing key partnerships and driving revenue/P&L
- Good understanding of HNW / affluent segment and bancassurance models
- Exposure to digital transformation or digital sales initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across functions
- Solid knowledge of risk, compliance and governance requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams
- Strong communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
