Oversee and lead the Brain and Spine, Hospital Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Critical Care service areas while establishing strategic objectives for these units. Provide operational and fiscal data support to service line physicians, advanced practice providers, administrators, and practice managers. Collaborate with medical directors to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and lead process improvement activities, including policy and procedure creation. Serve as the Medical Group Operations representative for Kettering Health initiatives. This full-time, first-shift role supports a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and 120+ outpatient facilities in southwest Ohio.
