Job Summary
Lead and execute the Japan campus recruitment strategy, partnering with regional teams and business leaders to deliver internship and graduate hiring outcomes. Provide oversight to a Senior Campus Recruiter and onsite vendors while designing end-to-end processes for attraction, assessment, and candidate experience. Develop annual hiring plans across divisions, manage budget forecasting, and oversee assessment frameworks for consistency and integrity. Build strategic university partnerships and drive employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent. Own the candidate lifecycle from engagement through onboarding, ensuring seamless delivery of internship programs. Ensure data integrity across systems for accurate reporting and drive continuous improvement of recruitment strategies aligned with market trends and diversity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in campus or early careers recruitment
- Program management experience
- Financial Services or related industry experience
- Strong knowledge of the Japan graduate recruitment landscape
- Understanding of broader Asia hiring trends
- Understanding of assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies
- Ability to deliver high-quality, high-touch hiring processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, build credibility, and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent experience
- Typically 6+ years of relevant experience
