Job Summary
Lead enterprise vendor strategy and governance across FIS’s global IT services and contingent labor ecosystem; establish and scale a best-in-class Vendor Management capability to drive value realization, risk management, and supplier-led innovation. Drive executive-level vendor relationships and governance forums; manage KPI/SLA/XLA performance with data-driven dashboards; partner with Procurement and Finance on contract strategy, cost optimization, and governance; define governance for the use of AI in outsourced services and contingent labor; oversee vendor transitions, onboarding/offboarding, and migrations; ensure regulatory compliance; lead the contingent labor program and MSP/VMS strategy; drive innovation initiatives with measurable ROI; travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, or outsourcing in IT Services and Contingent Labor
- Deep understanding of contingent labor programs, MSP models, and VMS tools (Beeline)
- Proven leadership of global vendor management or partner management functions
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure outsourcing providers and Tier 1 technology vendors
- Demonstrated success in vendor transitions and transformation programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and supply chain management
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including domestic travel and international travel to India
