Job Summary
Director, SAP Planning, Procurement & Advanced Planning Systems leads global SAP MM/PP planning, MRP, and inventory optimization strategies and governance; oversees APS implementations (Kinaxis Maestro, o9, Anaplan) and drives S&OP enablement; responsible for strategic direction, global team leadership, and escalation of high-risk issues with hands-on engagement when needed. Requires 15+ years of SAP experience, ABAP background, and proven leadership across regional teams; role is hybrid with 3 days/week in Oxford, NC office and remaining days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience across SAP and enterprise planning
- Experience leading global teams and complex vendor ecosystems
- Direct leadership in at least one APS or advanced planning transformation
- Deep experience operating SAP ECC in multi-region supply chain environments
- SAP ABAP foundation (early career) with transition to SAP MM/PP leadership
