Job Summary
Director, IT Strategy & Operations leading infrastructure, helpdesk, and cybersecurity teams; drive technology strategy, operational excellence, and cost optimization. Responsible for network architecture, server management, data centers, cloud services, disaster recovery, security operations, incident response, vendor management, budgeting, and governance. Oversees onsite event infrastructure for auction events, mentors IT staff, and partners with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals; requires hands-on leadership of a small team and extensive cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure and cybersecurity functions
- Strong understanding of network architecture and data center operations
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCISO are highly desirable
