Director IT Security Engineering

Lead the design and implementation of critical Identity Governance & Administration and Privileged Access Management shared services. Serve as the senior technical advisor for identity security capabilities, driving strategy, roadmap adoption, and the definition of reference architectures and design standards. Partner with business, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that address regulatory requirements while improving user experience. Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions to strengthen security posture, providing technical guidance and risk assessments to senior leadership. Mentor engineers and architects through knowledge sharing and design reviews to foster engineering excellence. Represent these domains in enterprise architecture discussions and cross-functional programs to ensure identity considerations align with the broader technology roadmap.
