Job Summary
Director IT Security Architecture leads the enterprise security architecture and engineering program, sets the strategic direction for security architecture across the organization, partners with Global Technology and business leaders to implement security policies, and oversees security projects within scope of timelines and budgets. The role requires deep expertise in information security engineering and risk management, strong communication with C-suite and stakeholders, and a leadership track record of coaching and developing security teams. The position operates on a hybrid model requiring three days in office weekly in Georgia, with travel about 10% and a salary range of $150,000–$185,000 plus bonus; benefits include traditional comprehensive coverage and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive security experience across multiple disciplines
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Deep expertise in Information Security Engineering, Risk Management, and Security Risk Management
- Strong knowledge of Protective Security, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity principles
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Travel willingness (explicitly noted: 10%)
