Provide leadership to a global team of analysts, engineers, and incident responders to ensure they possess the skills and processes to detect, defend, and respond to cyber events. Guide and mentor team members on talent planning, career development, and performance evaluation while driving the team toward excellence in engineering and innovation. Develop comprehensive security strategies aligned with organizational objectives, identifying risks across cloud services, applications, and infrastructure to implement proactive mitigation measures. Influence Security Operations performance by proactively addressing security gaps and prioritizing resource needs. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Participate in agile ceremonies including iteration planning and backlog management with Scrum Masters. Build partnerships with business partners and peers to enhance business value while keeping management updated on major deliverables.
