Director, IT Procurement

Design and implement global category management strategies across IT, Telecom, Facilities, and Corporate Services to drive measurable bottom-line savings. Analyze macro spend data, market benchmarks, and internal demand patterns to identify efficiency improvements, evaluate purchasing cooperatives, and oversee high-complexity RFI, RFQ, and RFP frameworks. Manage and mentor a global team of Procurement Partners and Managers, coaching on advanced negotiation tactics, commercial contract reviews, and cost analysis to ensure accurate Purchase Order issuance and compliance. Lead high-stakes contract commercial term negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, and risk mitigation while collaborating with Facilities, IT, and Finance teams to streamline the procurement lifecycle. Report directly to the Senior Director of Global Procurement to ensure the department effectively minimizes costs and optimizes vendor agreements.
