Director, IT Operations

Director, IT Operations responsible for the support and administration of all IT systems and solutions at Nintex, including custom-developed solutions and third-party applications, plus the virtual environment supporting development and testing teams. Lead and mentor the Production Support team; oversee architecture of virtual server environments across testing, development, and support; implement and manage automation of underlying business and system processes; monitor key systems performance and manage maintenance schedules; develop and maintain technical and support documentation; manage change and communicate with stakeholders; manage projects executed by the Production Support team; collaborate with business departments to support and improve platform and solution-based software; promote a culture of excellence in customer service within the Production Support team; participate in change control governance; role requires 8+ years IT experience, leadership experience, Windows Server and Hyper-V proficiency, strong problem-solving, effective communication with remote users, and robust time-management and multitasking capabilities.
