Job Summary
Lead the IT Operations team responsible for reliable, secure, high-performing technology infrastructure and cybersecurity programs across retail locations, distribution centres, and corporate offices. Own IT operations, service delivery, vendor performance, incident response, business continuity, and governance. Drive infrastructure stability, PCI-DSS compliance, vulnerability management, patching, cloud migration initiatives, and enterprise-level integration. Define IT service delivery standards, manage budgets, and guide in-store technologies (POS, inventory, and related systems) while leading a high-performing IT team and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 15 years IT operations/infrastructure experience; 5 years in a senior leadership role; retail/multi-entity experience preferred; strong expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud migrations, IT service management, incident/problem/change management; PCI-DSS and risk management knowledge; excellent communication and leadership skills.
