Lead the IT PMO leadership team to ensure successful project and program implementation across assigned portfolios, managing demand and supply while overseeing P&L, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. Direct senior stakeholder relationships, review new business cases and budgets for compliance, and enforce governance through appropriate RACIs and vendor contract management. Manage a team of internal and external project managers, setting expectations to achieve delivery goals and benefits realization while ensuring alignment with ICON's strategy and culture.
