Job Summary
Director IT Embedded Risk role within DTCC IT FinSight Delivery, serving as embedded risk advisor to IT Infrastructure leadership. Oversees risk and control activities across enterprise infrastructure domains (networks, servers, storage, endpoints, data centers, hybrid cloud), guiding control design, effectiveness, and remediation; partners with engineering, security, operations, and business teams; leads development and monitoring of infrastructure controls, standards, procedures, and remediation plans to satisfy regulatory, audit, and policy requirements; responsible for RCSA activities, KRIs, KCIs, and governance representations; provides strategic people leadership and supports modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure service quality and operational efficiency; role requires 10+ years of related experience and typically a Bachelor's degree (preferred). The position operates in a flexible/hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, plus a third day per team/employee). The posting emphasizes responsibility for risk governance across IT Infrastructure and collaboration with Security and other partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure risk, infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains (networks, servers, storage, endpoints, data centers, hybrid cloud)
- Experience designing, assessing, or overseeing infrastructure controls and remediation in audit/regulatory environments
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, access management, and data protection
- Ability to define, interpret, and communicate KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs
- Preferred familiarity with FFIEC and U.S. regulatory standards in financial services
