Job Summary
Director, IT Digital Transformation Lead for Source to Pay Solutions - drive end-to-end digital modernization of S2P processes, partner with GSMG and DS&I to identify automation and AI opportunities, design seamless user experiences for internal users and suppliers, foster strategic vendor partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize risk, compliance, and procurement workflows. Build and communicate business cases, govern initiatives, and champion value realization while managing a network of IT and business stakeholders in a global enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading and delivering large-scale IT programs in a global enterprise
- Technical experience in data and AI
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes (sourcing, contracting, risk, compliance, supplier management, purchase orders, invoice & payments)
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions and user experiences
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
- Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Experience with governance reporting, ROI optimization, and business-case development
- Experience managing direct/indirect reports and external partners
- Hybrid work arrangement experience or willingness to work in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with risk assessments and supplier management tooling
- Ability to align investments and roadmaps with business strategy

- Ability to champion governance, reporting, and strategic investments across large programs
- Experience with risk and compliance integrations related to supplier management
- Vendor management and external partner collaboration capabilities
- Financial acumen with business-case development and ROI optimization
- Experience in building intuitive digital experiences for internal and external users
