Job Summary
Director – IT Digital Transformation: Lead end-to-end execution of digital initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business functions with a focus on implementation, adoption, and sustained value realization. Drive on-site improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost by partnering with plant and operational teams, translating strategy into actionable use cases and milestones, and building repeatable playbooks. Own cross-functional delivery, drive data, analytics, and automation into daily workflows, coach champions, and foster ownership and accountability to scale successful pilots across plants and functions while maintaining focus on measurable business results across the Americas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, operations, or technology delivery roles
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. End-to-End Transformation delivery, not just strategy or PMO oversight but direct ownership
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (plant exposure preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to scale solutions from pilot to enterprise deployment
- Experience in PLM / ERP Applications
