Job Summary

Direct the technological operations and implementation of new IT systems, including platform infrastructure, systems administration, DevOps, application support, and network services. Provide strategic leadership to ensure systems, staff, vendors, and service processes function effectively within budgeted limits and schedules. Support 24x7 operations across three primary locations and satellite offices, striving for 99.99% uptime while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC, ISO, and FedRAMP. Develop IT policies, manage the IT budget, and define service level agreements to maintain accountability and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of ten years' experience covering systems administration, network design and administration, telecommunications, DevOps, and service desk/application support leadership
  • At least five years of management experience, including managing cross functional teams (e.g. network, desktop, applications, DevOps)
  • US citizenship
  • Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract
  • Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included)
  • Experience supporting custom in-house, customer-facing applications and related operational support processes
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc
  • Experience managing department budgets
  • Ability to coordinate multiple major projects simultaneously, from conception through completion
