Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Islamic Transaction Banking strategy for CIMB Group in Malaysia, formulate and obtain approval for business plans and KPIs, supervise periodic performance reviews and compensation recommendations for direct reports regionally in consultation with Country Heads of Transaction Banking and Islamic banking, develop the Islamic Transaction Banking business through CIMB Group DBLM guidance or other appropriate means, identify objectives and allocate resources for Islamic Transaction Banking, drive market landscape development and opportunity capture, engage with regulatory authorities and stakeholders, assist the CEO of Group Islamic Banking/CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad in achieving overall objectives, collaborate with Regional and Country Heads to drive P&L growth and customer portfolio expansion, and lead innovative product development to support market leadership; fulfill additional roles as assigned by senior management.
