Director, Investor Relations

Lead the Investor Relations (IR) program by supporting quarter-end processes, preparing earnings materials and talking points, and developing and maintaining IR tools. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including institutional investors and sell-side analysts; coordinate IR events and travel; automate data tools (e.g., NASDAQ IRI, Bloomberg, Capital IQ) to respond to ad hoc requests; mentor junior IR team members; contribute to an IR marketing and shareholder engagement plan and deliverables such as roadshows, investor conferences, and presentations. Strong analytical capability, financial modeling, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent written/verbal communication are required. Travel for IR events may be needed. The role is based in Toronto with a Hybrid working arrangement.
